Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality, custom-made products. Because of the unique nature of our business model and products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will replace or refund it.
Incorrect Orders: If we sent the wrong item or size, we’ll gladly rectify the mistake.

Important: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or customized orders unless there is a production error.

2. Reporting an Issue

To ensure we address your issue promptly, please follow these steps:

Deadline: Notify us within 14 days of ordering your order.
Proof: Provide a clear photo of the product and packaging, highlighting the issue.
Contact Us: Send your request to contact@wonderlust-brand.com with the order number and details of the problem.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacements: If eligible, we’ll ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, digital products, and sale items are final and non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect orders, we’ll cover return shipping costs or offer a no-return replacement option.
For other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Non-Delivery Issues

If your package doesn’t arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

6. Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Beyond that time, production begins, and changes are no longer possible.
